Teachers know that this year is HARD and DIFFERENT!

My county started off 100% virtual and then the school board voted to do the hybrid model/virtual learning for the second quarter. Parents were able to choose. I continue to be the virtual kindergarten teacher for my grade level. I had 17 children (8 in the morning, 9 in in afternoon), 2 chose to do hybrid, and I got 10 new kids from other classes! Now I have 11 in the morning and 14 in the afternoon! This is the most difficult thing I've done. 

I can't wait until we can have kids in the classroom again without COVID-19 guidelines. I want to hug them and teach them in person!

I've been writing down everything that the students say that's funny, surprising or cute. Stay tuned for that ;)
